IMS Philippines Maritime Corp. established its own in-house training facilities equipped with TOTS Tanker Officer’s Training Standard systems to further enhance the competence and professionalism of Filipino seafarers.
Liquid Cargo Handling Simulators
Deck crews and officers are trained using advanced cargo handling simulators for Crude Oil Carriers, Chemical Tankers, Product Tankers, and LPG Carriers. Training includes cargo loading, discharge operations, and ballast management procedures.
In-House Seminar Room
IMS conducts a 3-day in-house seminar focused on professionalism, responsible conduct, and computer literacy enhancement for seafarers preparing for international deployment. Conducted every month for the whole year.
PDOS & Officer Training
